Blagging It has enjoyed some great reviews in the media:
The Sun says…
“Arch freeloaders Paul Nero and James Moore have written a bible for anyone who wants to live well while paying next to nothing.
Their book Blagging It is packed with money-saving scams that even Only Fools and Horses’ Del Boy would be proud of.”
Martin Phillips, The Sun, 14 October 2004
Cosmopolitan says….
Blagging It “promises to transform anyone from non glam bumbler to super-cool blagette"
Cosmopolitan, December 2004
Richard and Judy say….
Blagging It is “a cheapskate’s guide to getting something for nothing.”
Channel 4, 2 November 2004
The Bookseller reported on successful attempts by James Moore and Paul Nero
to blag their way into a series of London parties.
"Proving their credentials, the authors have crashed three literary parties
in recent weeks.
You might have thought there would have been some security at the Groucho
Club party to launch Stella Rimington's first novel At Risk (Hutchinson).
But Mr Moore got in without any difficulty, and asked the former MI5 boss
if she's have her picture taken with him; she agreed."

"Mr Moore also attended Black Swan's glamorous 21st birthday party at Debenham
House, having persuaded a greeter to write him a name badge.
Mr Nero enjoy himself at the Daily Telegraph books party at the Serpentine
Gallery. He had concocted an elaborate story about how he had come all the
way from Cornwall for a party that turned out to be on a different day, but
it wasn't necessary, he reports. "Doors were opened for me, a kindly
waiter proffered a glass of champagne and I was in."
