James Moore is a freelance national newspaper journalist and, among others, has written for the Sun, the Daily Mirror, the Daily Express and the Sunday Telegraph. His blagging credentials include smuggling fake drugs into a maximum security prison to expose weak security, talking his way into a private party for former MI5 boss Stella Rimington, and attempting to ice-skate with Olympic Gold medallists Torvill and Dean.

Copywriter Paul Nero worked for newspapers, TV and radio, before starting writing agency Plain Text in 2001. After attending a small, unknown college, where he excelled as an acrobat, he blagged his way into a succession of jobs to get his hands on freebies such as hot-air balloon flights, a trip to the Olympic Games and an attractive pair of stilts. He is author of a business book Creative Business (FT/Prentice Hall, 2002) and news editor of Radio Plymouth. He retired to Cornwall ridiculously young and is now learning to box.
